Our focus is on cleansing our space, our bodies, our minds and our spirits.

Journaling Prompts:
What comes up for you when you think about cleansing? Is there judgment, excitement, hesitation? What is the typical thing you associate with cleansing?
What are some things that you are ready to let go of in terms of your habits, diet, thoughts, etc..? As you consider each of these, what would it look like if you let them go?
Oftentimes, we will get stuck in the belief that a habit is bad and we should let go of it, but it is also a part of our identity and/or engrained in our daily life. For example: overeating may be a coping mechanism for stress, but we also know that we would feel better if we didn’t over eat. Be gentle with yourself in this exploration!
